TwoPageFed is operated by Journey Analytics, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide an AI-powered federal resume building tool at twopagefed.com.

2. Data We Collect

Resume content: When you upload or paste a resume, the text is sent to our server solely to perform AI analysis via a third-party AI provider (Anthropic). The text is processed in a single, ephemeral request and is not stored in any database or file system on our servers.

Payment data: If you purchase a download, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your credit card number. Stripe may retain transaction records per their own privacy policy.

Automatically collected data: Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and referring URLs. We do not add analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

Resume text is used only to generate AI-powered suggestions during your active session.
PDF and DOCX files are generated entirely in your browser and never transmitted to our servers.
Payment information is used solely to process your one-time purchase.
Server logs may be used to diagnose errors and prevent abuse.

4. Data Retention

We do not maintain a database. Resume content is not persisted after your browser session ends. There is no account system and no user profile data to retain. Server logs are retained per Vercel's standard retention policy.

5. Third-Party Services

Anthropic: Resume text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI analysis. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy. API inputs are not used to train their models.
Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
Vercel: Hosting and serverless functions are provided by Vercel, subject to Vercel's privacy policy.

6. Cookies

TwoPageFed does not set first-party cookies for tracking or analytics. Essential cookies may be set by our payment processor (Stripe) during checkout. No advertising or remarketing cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

Because we do not store personal data beyond your active browser session, there is no persistent data to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about data processed during a session, contact us at the address below.

8. Children's Privacy

TwoPageFed is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
