Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using TwoPageFed ("the Service"), operated by Journey Analytics, LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TwoPageFed is a web-based tool that helps users format and condense federal resumes. The Service includes AI-powered analysis, template-based formatting, and PDF/DOCX file generation.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all content in your resume.
  • You must not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.

4. AI-Generated Suggestions

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate resume suggestions. These suggestions are provided as recommendations only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before submitting your resume to any employer or application system.

5. Payment and Refunds

The AI review feature is provided free of charge. Downloading formatted files requires a one-time payment processed through Stripe. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your files, contact us for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your resume content. We do not claim ownership of any text you upload or generate using the Service. The TwoPageFed name, design, and code are the property of Journey Analytics, LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Journey Analytics, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to job application outcomes, hiring decisions, or lost opportunities.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
